If any issue arises due to the quality of our installation or repair work within this period, we will return and resolve it at absolutely zero cost to you.

What is Covered vs. Not Covered

• Covered: Loose trim, improperly mounted hardware, loose ceiling fans, or failure of any structure or assembly caused directly by our labor.
• Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, intentional or accidental damage by the homeowner, severe coastal weather damage, or internal failure of manufacturing parts (such as a TV or ceiling fan motor breaking on its own). Manufacturer defects are governed separately by the specific product's warranty.
